Registration

  • If you need any special consideration, including financial assistance, please visit the Y in person.
  • You must be a YMCA program or facility member to register your child for camp.
    Click here to learn more about membership.
  • Your child will not be enrolled in day camp until we receive the following: registration form, child's shot record and payment/scheduled payments.

You must register in person, by mail, fax or email.
  1. Fill out and print this day camp enrollment form.
    (Click here for the Spanish language form.)
  2. Submit the enrollment form and shot records for your child by mail, fax, email or in person.
  3. Submit payment in full or schedule your weekly payments at the Y by phone or in person.
