Downtown YMCA

The Tours & Sales Office Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 10:30 am-1:30 pm & 4:00-6:00 pm   
Friday: 10:30 am-1:30 pm.

The Tours & Sales office is located in the Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA lobby at 808 Pease.

Individual tours are walk-ins, no appointment necessary, during the hours of operation listed above.

There are some reserved parking spaces for YMCA guests on the first floor of the garage. The garage entrance is located on Travis between Jefferson and Pease.

Corporate group tours are by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They must be set up through Shannon Aubrey via email (shannona@ymcahouston.org).

  

• Childwatch – for infants, toddlers and children up to 8 years of age
• Teen center – for older youth (9-11 years of age) and teens after school and on the weekends
• Lap pool and warm water therapy pool – for lap swimming, water exercise, water therapy and swim lessons
• Cardio and strength training – over 120 cardio pieces and over 90 pieces of strength equipment
• Multi-purpose space – for community meetings, board meetings, day camp and socials
• Racquetball/Handball courts – 5 courts
• Gymnasium
• Group exercise rooms – 3 group exercise rooms
• Yoga/Pilates room
• Group cycling room
• Indoor track
• Chapel
• Over 200 covered parking spaces
• Healthy café
• Men’s and women’s locker rooms as well as 3 family changing rooms
• Supportive services – includes a computer lab, food pantry and space for case management
