The Huntsville Family YMCA has been serving Walker County since 1986. With the leadership of the Board of Directors the Huntsville Family YMCA became part of the YMCA of Greater Houston on September 1, 2003. What does this mean to the Huntsville community? The YMCA will be able to serve the community with greater resources in training, new programs and experienced leaders.

The YMCA is one of the leading providers of family activities in Walker County. By joining the Huntsville Family YMCA you will be part of a world wide movement that serves over 30 million people. In our YMCA programs, it is our deep desire to practice and teach the core values of Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Caring and Faith and to promote the development of Spirit, Mind and Body.
