2011 Total Jingle Bell Run & Walk
WHEN: Sunday, December 11, 2011
WHAT: A fun run and family festival held in the heart of Downtown Houston during the holiday season. This event is open to persons of all fitness levels. Participants are also encouraged to dress up in their best holiday costumes and enjoy the festivities with the whole family.
BENEFICIARY: All proceeds from the 2011 Total Jingle Bell Run & Walk benefit the Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA's Partners Campaign which provides scholarship dollars for people in need of YMCA programs. YMCA programs help improve and enrich the lives of so many in our community. The Downtown YMCA is proud to bring people together for this event that helps develop the individual and, in turn, strengthens the community as a whole.
WHERE: The event will begin and finish in front of the NEW Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA located at 808 Pease.
EVENT DAY SCHEDULE:

AWARDS: Every child who participates in the Kids Fun Run will receive a prize at the finish line. Overall Male and Female 1st and 2nd place male & female winners in each age group: 10-13, 14 -18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
ENTRY FEE: All registrants for the Total Jingle Bell Run & Walk will receive a race packet containing a long sleeve race shirt, reindeer antlers, jingle bells and more!!!

Prices reflect registration through December 1, 2011
- 5-mile Run: $28.00 - Adult
- 3-mile Single Walk: $28.00 - Adult
- 3-mile Family Walk: (a family of 4, minimum 1 adult over 18) $65.00
- Kids Fun Run Children (13 & under): $13.00
- Corporate Team (minimum 4 people registering together): $100.00, each addtional member after the 4th person is $20.00
After December 1, 2011
- 5-mile Run: $33.00* - Adult 3-mile Single Walk: $33.00 - Adult
- 3-mile Family Walk: ( a family of 4, minimum 1 adult over 18) $75.00
- Kids Fun Run: Children (13 & under): $18.00
- Corporate Team (minimum 4 people registering together): $120.00, each additional member after the 4th person is $20.00
*Post-mark deadline for early registration is Dec.1, 2011. There will be no on-site registration available the day of the race.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
COSTUME CONTEST: Dress up in your best holiday costume — let your imagination run wild! Costume judging will occur along the course and you must be a registered participant to win. Prizes will be awarded for:
