We participate in job fairs with many local community colleges and universities as well as organizations like the Houston Hispanic Form. Jobs fairs are also a good place to explore our many opportunities and speak with current YMCA staff about their YMCA experience. In addition to job fairs, neighborhood YMCA’s host open houses as a way of obtaining talent from their local communities.
