New to Exercise?

Each day many people join the YMCA with a high motivation to become healthier.

If you are one of those people, congratulations on taking those first steps! We recognize that you may be returning to exercise after a lay-off, illness or injury, or that this may be your first time beginning an exercise program.
 
We offer many ways for you to start and stick with a program that best meets your needs and helps you accomplish the goals you have.  If you like getting moving with a group of friends, our group exercise classes might be just for you. And, you can see all of our group exercise class schedules in one place.
 
Perhaps, the low impact of water exercise is what you want. We have many classes regardless of your level of ability.
