Operation Backpack Sign Up Form

For most children, the beginning of a new school year means new clothes, new shoes or a new backpack filled with fresh supplies.  But thousands of other disadvantaged kids here in the Houston area begin the school year without the necessary items most of us take for granted.  YMCA Operation Backpack is the YMCA of Greater Houston's annual drive to collect new backpacks filled with school supplies for at-risk, low-income children.

Yes, we agree as a company, church or organization to serve as a collection site for YMCA Operation Backpack. In doing so, we agree to work with the YMCA to coordinate all pick up or delivery of any items collected. *
