The Cossaboom Family YMCA residence program is a great place for someone seeking temporary, affordable housing. This could include for a new arrival in Houston, someone suffering from financial or family troubles, a person saving money to buy a home, local college students or people coming to work in Houston temporarily who do not want to get tied up in a lease or contract.
The men's residence provides accommodations at reasonable costs. All occupants sign guidelines that are strictly adhere to. Smoking, alcoholic beverages, profanity and loud music are forbidden so all residents may enjoy their stay.
Our facilities are currently only available for men over the age of 18 with a valid, state-issued, picture ID. We have maid service, washer/dryer on the premises along with use of our health club including an indoor heated swimming pool.
