YMCA Operation Backpack provides new school supplies and backpacks to children in need from our community, empowering them with the tools to be academically successful, while also filling them with hope for a brighter future, joy and excitement as they start the school year. Our goal this year is to impact the lives of 120,000 students.


Your business/employer has the power to make a meaningful impact in our community. When you become a YMCA Operation Backpack drop-off location, you provide members of your community with a place to bring their donations of backpacks and school supplies, helping us reach even more children and families in need.

Yes, we agree as a company, church or organization to serve as a collection site for YMCA Operation Backpack.
In doing so, we agree to work with the YMCA to coordinate all pick up or delivery of any items collected.
