Indoor cycling is a challenging and high-energy cardio workout using stationary bicycles. Our indoor cycling classes get your heart and legs pumping. Our indoor cycling instructors will lead each class on a journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of high-energy music. 

The best part is that you control everything - from your speed and resistance to your intensity level, so your workout can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be. By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making indoor cycling classes suitable for both new and experienced riders. 

This fat-burning workout is great for people who have joint problems and is the most fun you’ll have on a bike!

Begin N Cycle - Introduces new participants to indoor cycling. Our indoor Cycle classes simulate outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. Classes may include core work, too, to strengthen your abdomen and lower back. All levels are welcome, and workouts can be adapted to fit your goals and needs. 

Cycling - Get an aerobic workout that's easy on your joints with Cycle class. Our indoor Cycle classes simulate outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. Classes may include core work, too, to strengthen your abdomen and lower back. All levels are welcome, and workouts can be adapted to fit your goals and needs. 

Spinning - Our popular indoor cycling class "geared" for fun and fitness. Simulates riding positions/terrain used in outdoor cycling. Heart rate monitor recommended. Great calorie burner & cardio conditioning. Get an aerobic workout that's easy on your joints with Cycle class.
