Personal Training - Aerial Yoga

Have you ever wanted to fly? With our Aerial Yoga classes you will have the opportunity to hang from your hands, your feet, and even upside down. Nothing feels better than being able to let your body fly through the air while building strength at the same time. Aerial Yoga classes are designed for all levels to be challenged. With a focus on poses, transitions, and building strength and flexibility this class will allow you to release tension and focus your mind. Limited space. Personal Training - Pilates Reformer

The body conditioning technique of Joseph Pilates, taught on the reformer, is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility and balance. This class creates long, lean muscles, increased body awareness, improved physiological response and improves posture by mobilizing your spine through several ranges of motion. Limited space.
