Our YMCA offer a variety of classes including mat and reformer pilates programs. They are led by certified trainers, who are skilled at designing workouts to meet your individual goals. The focus is on developing better posture, body control and proper breathing, while also reducing tension and strengthening your body.
Active Older Adults Pilates - Class designed for older adults and focuses on basic Pilates moves to enhance your strength, balance and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Beginner Mat Pilates - This is a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. Based on proper breathing, good posture and intense concentration, the exercises are performed on a mat. Basic introductory moves at a slower pace for beginners.
Fitball Pilates - This Pilates workout increases resistance and provides a greater range of motion, which can lead to more effective results by utilizing a Fitball, also known as an exercise ball or Swiss ball.
Reformer Pilates - Develop and improve core strength, flexibility, posture and alignment, using the traditional Pilates reformer equipment. Change the way your body looks, feels and performs.

Pilates & Yoga (PiYo) - This is the ultimate mind and body workout. It combines yoga and Pilates into one class in order to stretch and strengthen your core.
Power Pilates - This is an intense full body mat workout that infuses strong core Pilates inspired exercises at a cardio-pumping pace.
