Healthy Kids Day and Launch of New Group Exercise Routines
The community is invited to the Annual Healthy Kids Day and Fun Run on Saturday, April 26 from 10-1pm. Family Race starts at 9 am. OR Challenge yourself to try something new in our Group Exercise Department as we launch the newest tracks of BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT, BodyJAM, CXWORX, RPM, BodyFLOW and R.I.P.P.E.D. Registration for Summer Programs
It's time to sign up for summer programs such as Swim Lessons, Day Camp and Specialty Camps. Join a Youth Sports team, experience Dance, Gymnastics, Tae Kwon Do, Cheer, Youth Fitness classes and much more. Kids will have the opportunity to find new talents, improve skills, gain independence and make lasting memories at the YMCA.
