Healthy Kids Day

Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. In fact, research shows that kids are prone to gain more weight and fall behind in studies. Get your dancing shoes on and head to the YMCA for a dance class like never before. Experience Zumba, Nia, or Night Club Cardio This is a perfect opportunity to all in one big party atmosphere! So come shake it, lose it, and groove it for 90 minutes with your favorite instructors!

Looking for a fun summer job? Sign up for one of Foster’s Lifeguard classes. This class is designed to provide participants with knowledge and skills needed to be a lifeguard. The comprehensive class offers up-to-date information on how to lifeguard by anticipating and preventing problems before they occur and by taking action to help those in danger when necessary. It also covers safety skills and information every lifeguard needs to know.
