Whether you miss your days playing intramural sports or are just looking for a little friendly competition, our adult team sports allow you to enjoy a sport you've always loved or try a new one. Plus, it's a great place to meet new friends, foster connections and develop bonds that can last a lifetime!

ADULT TEAM/LEAGUE SPORTS INCLUDE:

  • Basketball – Shoot hoops with your friends in a semi-competitive atmosphere. Whether you are serious about your hoop game or you just enjoy passing the ball with you friends, this fun and competitive league will give you a chance to keep both your mind and your body sharp. 

  • Volleyball – Stay in shape with a sport the Y invented, volleyball. The Y offers indoor play at different levels. Join as a team or register individually. 

ADULT INDIVIDUAL SPORTS INCLUDE:

  • Pickleball – Described as the fastest growing sport for adults, pickleball is a racquet sport that combines badminton, tennis and table tennis. The court dimensions are the same as a doubles badminton court, and the net is similar to a tennis net but mounted two inches lower. 

  • Racquetball – Did you know racquetball was first played in 1952 at the YMCA? Since then it has grown in popularity as an intense, fast, calorie-burning workout. 

  • Tennis – Keep fit one serve at a time. 

ADULT PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

  • Karate 

  • Dance

  • Tae Kwon Do

  • Tri Club

  • Self-Defense

  • Master’s Swim
