From the traditional step class to cardio-kickboxing, the Y offers a variety of classes and programs including yoga, karate, Pilates, and circuit training. Try one of our Express (30 minute) classes or our many exercise dance classes. Offered at convenient times each day, the wide variety provides something for every interest and ability.

Abs and Back
This class will challenge you with abs and lower back exercises. Aerobics Cardio activity designed to increase your heart healthiness.
Ballroom Dance
A fun class that is perfect for beginners. Exercise, have fun and learn new dance steps including waltz, foxtrot and tango.
Body Pump
The original barbell class. Designed for all fitness levels, BODYPUMP delivers real results, real fast. This athletic based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. With motivating music, awesome instructors, BODYPUMP strengthens, tones, and defines the body as nothing else can.
Boot Camp
Boot Camp is comprehensive basic training class, is intense and consists of pushups, jumping jacks, squats, plyometrics, body resistance training, and running. If you are looking for a challenge, this is for you!
Cycling
This group indoor cycling format offers a fun and motivating workout for those familiar with cardiovascular exercise. It simulates an 'all-terrain' bike ride that will challenge both your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. This class is 'at your own pace'
Kickboxing
A great addition to your workout routine. Strength, endurance and interval moves are all part of this workout. Kick, punch, and jab your way to a healthier lifestyle with this upbeat workout. This class will improve overall fitness coordination and stamina. All levels welcome.
Pilates
Conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. Based on proper breathing, good posture and intense concentration. The exercises are performed on a mat.
Senior Aerobics
YMCA Senior Exercise is designed for active older adults to maintain or improve their health with a specially designed exercise program. Class participation improves muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, and aerobic fitness while enjoying 'low impact' moves. Get in shape while making new friends with this fun group!
Seniors SilverSneakers
The preventative SilverSneakers exercise program enhances the quality of life for mature adults across the country. The partnerships between HCD and HMOs allow Medicare-eligible members of these health plans to participate in YMCA programs at no additional cost.
Step
The class will improve cardiovascular fitness with emphasis on the muscles of the lower body. This class is great for all fitness levels, and those looking for an effective workout that is easy to follow. Classes may include hi-lo, step interval, and multi-step.
Walking Class
Yoga
Tone the body and tune the mind. Learn to be calm, focus your energies and regain inner peace while improving physical strength. Emphasize awareness and relaxation through supported positions. All levels are welcome.
Zumba
A fusion of Latin and International music; dance themes create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. Features aerobic interval training using combinations of fast and slow easy to follow dance steps. Watch a short video to learn more about it!
