Teen Free Weight Training Program

This program is specifically designed for teens age 16-19 who have a desire to increase their exercise program to include free weight training.  During this course a certified personal trainer will teach teens: 
  • Proper free weight lifting techniques and principles
  • Anatomy of musclesInjury prevention
  • Exercises for lower and upper body as well as core
  • How to design an effective workout to meet goals

Looking for a hard-core workout?

If your workout has lost its edge and you're ready for something with a whole lot of power behind it, maybe you should consider boot camp workout.   The workout consists of working your entire body through a series of cardio & weight training exercises, without stopping in-between.  The boot camp workout is designed to help you lose those last few stubborn pounds and really get into shape.

Free with a YMCA Membership!  Mondays & Wednesdays -5:00 am.
