Enjoy fun, low-impact classes as you move through a variety of exercises. Increase your strength and range of movement as well as your cardiovascular fitness, helping with activities of daily living.
Active Older Adults Strength
Increase your muscular strength with exercises that may use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball for resistance.
An overall workout at a comfortable pace. In addition to cardiovascular conditioning and toning, this class has a special emphasis on balance, joint range of motion and flexibility.
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
