Summer Job Fairs at the YMCA

Character is what counts at the Y, where our values and mission shape our culture. If you or someone you know has a passion for working with kids and families, the Y is the place to be. Our staff members have the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a positive atmosphere while making a difference.

The Y is hosting onsite hiring events at our centers starting in March! We are hiring for lifeguards, swim instructors and day camp counselors. Events are from 3-6 pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. All dates are listed below:

Aquatics

YMCA Lifeguards are leaders working to make a difference in the community by providing a safe, positive experience.

YMCA Swim Instructors work with individuals of all ages to teach swim skill progression and water safety techniques.

As a Youth Development Counselor, you can be a positive role model and make a difference in the lives of students and campers each day. You’ll provide quality care by teaching values, ensuring safety and facilitating structured play and educational activities with the children.
