H.E.A.T.
High Energy Aerobic Training will meet your fat burning needs with athletic drills and sports conditioning.

Reformer
Develop and improve core strength, flexibility, posture and alignment using Pilates reformer equipment.

TRX
Using a suspension training strap, leverage gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

Kettlebell
Blast away fat and burn calories in this total body workout using powerful movements and multiple Kettlebells.

Power
Realize the athlete within and go full power in this high energy, high intensity strength class. Explosive movements, and lighter weights will take you to a new level.

Strong
Lift heavy, feel lighter, and push your limits. The principles of time under tension, rest periods, and strength training will take your body to a new Strong.

ZEN
Go deeper into your practice with mind/body experiences designed to elevate you. Work at your centered edge while exploring growth in your empowered journey. Offerings could include Yoga, TaiChi and Guided meditation. Ask you wellness center staff for more details.

Intensity
Give all-out effort to maximize caloric burn and results with this creative High Intensity Interval Training. Experience a different workout every time using your bodyweight and equipment that will keep your heart-rate soaring.

Aerial Yoga
Take the opportunity to hang from your hands, your feet or even upside down. This class will allow you to release tension and focus on your mind through poses, and transitions, while building strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

GRIT
30-minutes with 3 different workout styles, consisting of Strength, Plyo, or Cardio. Get results with a mix of great music and exercises.

Aire Fitness Small Group Training takes fitness to another level offering a variety of challenging functional training and circuit classes under the guidance of premier instructors, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment including a weighted sled, TRX straps, medicine balls, battle ropes, and more to focus on your strength, endurance and core.

GENERAL OVERVIEW
For one low monthly fee you can get access to unlimited Small Group Training classes. Class sizes are limited to 8-12 participants to ensure individual coaching and attention.
