Kids' Fitness Programs
Registration is now open for Kids Y Triathlon training and Girls on the Run programs. For those familiar with our Kids Triathlon, we now offer it here at M.D. Anderson Y! Our Kids Y Triathlon program begins February 16 and trains your kids to bike, swim and run their way to the finish line. Our Girls on the Run program is open to girls grades 3-5 and encourages physical activity and positive self-image. More info>
We strive to help families to stay fit together by offering Older Youth Strength Training. Children ages 12-15 learn correct exercise techniques, safe and responsible machine operation, and healthy eating tips. All youth interested in using the Wellness Center or basketball gym must complete an Older Youth Strength Training. For more information, please contact Maggy Solis.
