We offer a wide array of classes at our YMCA's including cardio, cycling, kickboxing, yoga, pilates and more! Instructors lead you through the workouts providing you effective, fun and easy-to-follow steps.

  • Most classes are FREE with membership

  • More than 50 different formats

  • Several classes are open to youth and adults:

    • Children ages 12 and older may attend regular classes

    • Youth classes are also available for children 8-11 years of age

  • FREE drop off with Child Watch while you work out for those who have an adult with child/children membership.

The YMCA fitness centers are packed with all the latest cardio and strength training equipment. Whether you prefer running on a treadmill, cycling beside a friend, reading while on an elliptical trainer, lifting free weights or using strength training equipment, you can achieve your goals at the Y.

For safety reasons, only those 12 years and older are permitted in class unless attending a designated family class.

Children under the age of 12 may participate in classes labeled “family” along with their parents.

Youth classes are design for children 8-11 years of age. A parent is required to drop off/pick up children. Parents must remain in the center while class is in session.
