GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Y members can attend a variety of free fitness classes—categories include cardio, dance, strength, yoga and water exercise. There’s no need to register—you’re welcome to drop in at any time.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Sign up for a session with a Personal Trainer. Complete an assessment and determine how to progress toward your goals. Try a specialty fitness class. Get all this and more from our expert Personal Training Team.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Take your wellness journey to the next level. SGT combines the energy and community of group exercise with the individualized attention of personal training.

ADULT SPORTS

Be active, meet new people and have fun playing team, doubles and individual sports.

ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS

Baby boomers to seniors can connect with the Y community through physical fitness, social activities and more. Programs for older adults accommodate a wide variety of interests and functional abilities.

HEALTHY WEIGHT AND YOUR CHILD PROGRAM

Made up of groups of 15 families (child and adult), Healthy Weight and Your Child program creates a safe, fun and active environment for children and families to explore and adopt proven methods to living a healthier lifestyle.

KAMP K'AANA

Kamp K'aana introduces children to powerful, life-changing tools for healthy living while offering the fun of an overnight summer camp experience. Held at YMCA Camp Cullen, Kamp K'aana provides a two-week program for obese kids ages 10-14.
